No rain today! Sun but windy and cold. I hate wind. I hope they worked today because I did not see anyone in the morning. Instead I have been trying to line up my final subs. Tonight I will go over the budget. I know that we are about 10% over which means we will not be building the detached garage. However we have much better finishes. A lot better.
Deck framed with temporary post. They did this because the footings have to be approved first before they can attached the post. They don't want to just sit there waiting so they work around the inspection. I'm starting to trust these guys.
I did call for some inspections for Monday so hopefully we are ready for those and they all get approved. A few more hurdles and we are on the home stretch. This weekend we will work like donkeys and monkeys.
